The process
Introduction with free 15 minute discovery call. Client then completes 3-day food diary, health questionnaire and consent form.
Initial consultation £125 75 minutes
Prior to this consultation, client will be asked to complete a nutrition assessment and a food diary. By the end of this consultation, we aim to have a clear understanding of factors that may be influencing your current health status. Together we will create a personalised and practical nutritional programme tailored to your lifestyle to support your health. If necessary, client is then sent information eg. handouts, recipes and meal plans to use and keep.Follow-up consultations £50 30 minutes
Discuss and assess whether client is meeting nutritional goals and to address any obstacles encountered. Also to decide if any further changes are needed. These could be weekly, fortnightly or monthly depending on the specifics of that client.
